- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We have been with Farm Bureau since the early 1980's. It is such a relief to switch. We have paid high premiums to be ignored and mislead. Even trying to cancel our policy has been very difficult with wrong information being provided. I tried to switch agents within Farm Bureau and nothing changed. When we needed to insure an additional property they quoted us a lot more insurance than I requested or wanted. My husband had to go into the office in person to get the correct quote. The first ten plus years were satisfactory but during the last 16 years they have done an excellent job of losing our confidence and businessBy Cindy Hafenstine, January 21, 2017
